  • Group Admins and representatives of organizations using Soorse

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Account login credentials
  • Profile information (employment, affiliations, bio, photo)
  • Group memberships and roles

  • Information submitted by Group Admins to manage groups, events, or monetization

B. Payment & Subscription Information

Soorse uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe for web payments) and Apple’s In-App Purchase system for iOS subscriptions.

  • We do not store credit card or bank account numbers
  • We may receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and payout metadata for recordkeeping and reporting purposes

C. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type, operating system, app version
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, interactions)
  • Log files and diagnostic data

D. Analytics & Tracking Technologies

4. Group Admin Access & Visibility

Group Admins may have access to certain information about members of their groups, including:

  • Name and profile information
  • Group participation and engagement
  • Subscription status related to that group
  • Aggregate contribution or revenue-sharing reports

Group Admins do not receive:

  • Full payment details
  • Personal financial account numbers
  • Private messages outside their group context

Admins are responsible for using member data in compliance with applicable laws and this Policy.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information only as follows:

A. Service Providers

With trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Email and messaging delivery
